Step 1 - If you have problems accessing SecondTeacher.com please confirm
that you have internet access by trying
http://www.google.com. If you fail to access Google you more then likely
have Internet Access Problems you need to fix your Internet Access problem to continue.
Step 2 - If you can access Google but still have Access problems with SecondTeacher.com
we need to try a few more things. Just incase you are using an old or inaccessible
bookmark try to access SecondTeacher.com from it's root address i.e.
http://www.secondteacher.com. If this fails too you may be inadvertantly
be blocking www.secondteacher.com in either your firewall or router. If you are
attempting to access secondteacher through either of these or in a school or corporate
network please confirm that www.Secondteacher.com is not blocked.
Step 3 - If you still can't access us and you are using a modern browser
please send a screenshot of your error to
support@secondteacher.com and we will investigate the problem for you.

Step 1 - You need to register for SecondTeacher to be allowed to login. If
you haven't registered yet please follow the instructions on the registration page
before logging on Register.
Step 2 - If you have getting an error message trying to login please ensure
that the email and password are the same as your registration. You can click on
the Forgot Password link to resend your password details to your registered email
address.
Step 3 - If you can login but can't access the whole site, you need to Validate
your email address. When you registered an email was sent to your registered email
address with a Validate Link. You need to click on this link to complete the registration
which will validate your email. If you did not receive this email, please check
the email has not been filtered as Junk Mail. If so you should add all emails from
secondteacher.com to your safe senders list. If not you can resend the validation
email from your account page. If you have done this and still do not receive the
email please ensure you have used your email address. Please
Contact Us with your Registration details and the error you are having.
Step 4 - SecondTeacher registration is for personal use and only one person
may use a registration. If you attempt to login while another person is
using your registration you will get an error and be unable to login. To use your
registration on a different PC you need to logoff on the original PC first note
this means pressing the logoff link in the top right hand corner not closing the
browser. If you just close the browser then you must wait 20 mins before logging
on a different PC.

modern web browsers. If you are having strange display problems and errors please
ensure you are using a modern browser.
Step 2 - If you are having problems accessing the video content please ensure
that you have Microsoft Silverlight installed. Please

Step 3 - SecondTeacher has been designed for a screen size of 1024x768 display.
For some users this may mean that they need to scroll to see the whole screen.
Step 4 - All our videos have sound so please ensure you have either headphones
or speakers operating to get the full secondteacher.com experience.
Step 5 - All our videos are streamed directly from the internet so you will
need an working internet connection to view all our videos.

To cancel the Paypal subscription just follow these simple steps.
Step 1 - Log into PayPal
Step 2 - Click "History"
Step 3 - You should see an entry called "Recurring Payment To" with "Second Teacher" in the "Name/Email" column. There will be a link in the "Status" column that tells you the status of the subscription. If it says "Active" or "Created", click it.
Step 4 - Click the button that says "Cancel" and follow the remainder of the steps.
Once cancelled you can still of course renew your subscription whenever you want by clicking on the Renew link in the top right hand corner.
